Our Case Managers are expected to be proactive team players who provide exceptional service to our personal injury clients and our attorneys. Case Managers are responsible for communicating with clients, gathering information, and managing the case activities of the clients that are assigned to them. Duties include: contact with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers. Data entry and preparation of correspondence including demand packages. Qualifications: college degree/legal education preferred, proven ability to be organized, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment; the ability to multitask and prioritize, professional communication skills, and customer service experience. Strong computer skills. Insurance or legal experience is a plus.
